I've spent more than a decade working in spaces where communication is impossible to avoid: behind microphones, in front of cameras, across interview tables, on stages, and eventually, in training and mentorship rooms.
The interesting part is that I'm also an introvert. My relationship with visibility was never built around becoming the loudest person in the room.
Through journalism, broadcasting and more than 10 years of interviewing experts, I learned the difference between having something to say and feeling comfortable being seen saying it.
That perspective now shapes my work with professionals, executives and organizations. I look beyond how someone communicates to understand the person behind it, their patterns, experiences, strengths and professional context, then develop the tools that allow their expertise to come through clearly, without asking them to perform a version of themselves that isn't theirs.
I'm also the Co-founder of Ruwwad, a multidisciplinary growth ecosystem for entrepreneurs and organizations, allowing my work to connect with broader expertise when a client needs more than communication alone.
